The villa consists of 3 levels. On the first level (semi-basement) there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage-boiler room and a large living room with a fireplace (that could turn into a 3rd bedroom). From this level you can go to the yard and through an interior staircase to the first floor.

On the second level there is the main entrance, a kitchen, a big living room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a big veranda. From this level you can also go to the yard.

On the third level there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and verandas with pergola from where Naousa’s gulf, Lageri beach, Santa Maria and Naxos Island can be seen. The villa has its own parking spaces with wooden pergolas for two cars. 

The villa was constructed using high standards conventional characteristics of permanent houses making them hospitable throughout the year.
